A celebration of hope…

The Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival is a community cultural event that aims to promote the interaction between the multitude of organizations present in Massachusetts, its ethnic groups, its artists, its businesses, and most importantly its youth. With its great display of lanterns, its amazing local performers, and its delicious community food vendors - the Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival hopes to provide a truly unique experience for everyone in the community. Founded in honor of the traditional Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, the event invites everyone in the community to celebrate culture and diversity. This annual community event’s goal is not only to provide an opportunity for community members and organizations to showcase and celebrate culture but to also fund raise for efforts toward the cultivation of culture in our youth (classes/activities, community events, etc.) and the provision of academic resources such as tutoring, counseling, and scholarships. The success of this year's Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival will be attributed to the strength of the community in which it represents.
