The success of this year's Mid Autumn Moon Festival will be attributed to the strength of the community in which it serves.
Volunteer Stations and Responsibilities
1. Entrance/Attendee Registration

2. Parking
Direct general and vendor parking
Direct traffic between parking lots
3. Floating Volunteer
Provide general assistance in vendor alley area
Fill in other areas when needed
4. Gaming Area
Manage obstacle courses and lawn games
5. Beer Garden
Check ID
Cash exchange for common tickets
6. Workshops + Merch STORE
Assist with operating workshops
Manage merchandise store
7. Common ticket booth
Cash exchange for common tickets and gaming wristbands
Volunteer Registration Form
With rolling volunteer registration and limitations in availability, we urge all volunteers to attend the upcoming volunteer briefing meeting so that we can work together to create volunteer assignments that is most accommodating for the volunteer team as a whole. Your involvement is greatly appreciated and we look forward to working with you all. Please fill out the relevant registration forms to the best of your ability so that we can most appropriately incorporate you into the event.
